Fried Chicken like the Americans!!
My first experience of this American staple was at a midnight feast with friends in Ellicott City, on the outskirts of Baltimore, Maryland.
Moist chicken wings with a fabulously crispy coating. The buffalo wings sauce was buttery, garlicky and had a kick from the chilli. It was perfectly accompanied by a cooling ranch sauce or by a creamy but intense blue cheese dip. #nom
Buttermilk marinated fried chicken and Turkey Bacon & Cheese Waffles. Served with Mango Salsa and lashings of Grade A Canadian Maple Syrup. #nom
